Our employer clients will sponsor your EB-3 green card for the open positions listed below.

They have been attempting to recruit U.S. workers and have been unsuccessful in filling all of their open positions in their local markets.

The foreign national worker applicant pays their applicable immigration attorney fees and USCIS/ NVC fees for their EB-3 Green Card.

The current processing time is approximately 36+ months.

The steps are as follows:

2. Review the immigration attorney, government filing, and consulting fees that you agree to pay, and request an EB-3.work application agreement.
