- Have submitted an application for admission and have a valid Hellenic American University student ID number.
- Are an International (VISA) student.
- Are entering the first semester of any undergraduate degree program at Hellenic American University.
- Minimum 3.5 GPA from a qualifying degree (or credits completed)
- Have made exceptional academic achievement, leadership potential or involvement in community service and extracurricular activities.
